post arroyo run snack of champions

Half a cup of blueberries.
Half a cup of (mixed, raw) almonds, sunflower seeds, walnuts.
Half a cup of leftover coffee (a different kind of cup.)

If you put the berries and nuts in the coffee and drank it, that would be pretty hardcore.

Actually, if you ground up the nuts finely, squished the berries, and swirled it all along with the coffee into a vanilla milkshake from Jake’s that might not be too bad… But that might de-champion it just a bit.
